Housework helps make adults fitter

According to this article, doing housework is good for your physical and mental health.
Doing the dishes, making the beds, hoovering the home and other household chores all has beneficial effects.
It is better for you than where you live or even your income.

Housework will be good for you as long as you don't exert yourself.
