Terror attack kills 8 in New York

Sayfullo Saipov who is aged 29, 'drove at people for almost a mile' with a rented pick up truck and killed 8 people in New York.
He then ran around with two fake guns expecting to be shot and killed himself.
The terrorist left a note which read, ISIS lives forever.
However, he did get shot but was only injured so has been arrested.
Saipov went to America from Uzbekistan in 2010.
Donald Trump tweeted that the attacker was a "very sick and deranged person".
