Terrorist released from prison commits acto of terror yet again

An Islamist terrorist was released from prison after serving 7 years of a 16 year jail sentence only to become a terrorist again.
He stabbed 5 people on London Bridge before members of the public grappled him, took him down and disarmed him.
The police came, realised he had a suicide belt on and shot him dead before he could do any further harm.
The man was clearly not rehabilitated by the prison service.
Two innocent people died as a result.
