Who Will Win The Premier League In 2019?

I will add a poll to this post.
So all you have to do is tell me who will win the league and if you want, tell us why you think this.
Here are the options - Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool or 'Other'.
However, I have added the following - 'I Just Don't Care!'

I personally think that Manchester City will win it again but what do you think?
