No need to get in that habit.
Just stop smoking the cigarettes without any help.
You don't get cold turkey.

I have two vapour pipes now.
The first one needs a massive suck to get anything from it but this new one is fantastic and produces a load of vapour.
I have also changed to the more fruity flavours rather than the menthol ones

My mate had an e-cig with him in the pub the other night.
It was practically brand new but he lost it in the pub and it wasn't given in so he is off the fags and vapour now

Flavourings in the vapours may be the cause of popcorn lung.

Apparently this is a video showing an e-cig exploding in a mans pocket while he was in a shop.
It looks pretty bad to me.
There are plenty of others like this.

I am innocent, are you?

The vapour fags have been known to explode but its rare.
The injuries can be bad though.

I am still on the vapour pipes but glad I stopped the fags.
It's proving harder to get off the e-cigs than it was the fags :(

I have had an e-cig for 2 years and use the cheap menthol refills from the pound shops. I wouldn't do without it. I only had about 20 fags in total over the past year after being offered the odd one from time to time.
