Fines will increase by up to 50% for the most serious cases.
Watch your speed!!!!

The speed limits on some roads should be increased on some roads.
Those 20mph limits should be adjusted so that they only apply at certain times of the day when necessary.
The police are tax collectors for the government when they should be out there preventing crimes.
