Not happy - I just got a Section 59 Warning

Not happy - I just got a Section 59 Warning

Early hours of this morning I was driving along nicely on a quiet road when I was stopped by the police and they gave me a Section 59 warning notice.
I told them I was only going 30mph but they called me a liar
I asked them to show me video evidence and they said they saw me and that was enough :o
That's all they said that I was given a warning but nothing else wtf.

Apparently I have to drive within the speed limits for the next 12 months or if I am suspected of driving too fast in that time they will take my car off me.
I get the car back again but I will have to pay £150.00 to get it back and a daily increase the longer they keep it.

So, no evidence in reality just a built in speed sensor in their heads.
Have the coppers got nothing better to do than to intimidate people on quiet roads in the early hours

You should have told the policeman to take his Section 59 warning and stick it where the sun don't shine.
Here's what you should do if a miserable copper tries to bully you for no reason.
Next time you see a panda car parked on double yellow lines or on the pavement, take pictures and video of it.
Post it on the internet and make a complaint to the police.
Also go to the fast food drive ins and again video them there while using taxpayers cars to buy their food, again, post it on the internet and report them.
They can't have one rule for them and one rule for us.
They don't like it up 'em.

Here is one example.
A Police car parked in a cycle lane on zig-zag lines and in front of traffic lights while half on the pavement.
In this example they may have cause to do this legitimately, for example, to save a life etc but always video them first, ask questions later.
The police are public servants and are answerable to the public.

If a copper gave me a Section 59 warning I would crumple it up and toss it back in his panda car.

Then get done for littering whilst in charge of a vehicle so they would give you another Section 59 and take your car.
Then pay over a hundred quid to get it back so will it be worth it :argument:
I will not be reading any newspapers today, its my day off!

Well I don't think there would be any law against offering the policeman back his filthy Section 59 bloody warning
