e-cigs - Do You Have One?

e-cigs - Do You Have One?

I got an e-cig a few months ago and haven't smoked a cigarette again.
I wanted to get off the fags and done so.
They helped me - have they helped you?
I am innocent, are you?

Just pack in the cigarettes and you will be surprised how easy it becomes after one week off

I have tried one but they will never replace a cigarette.
They are better in that they don't make you stink like an old ashtray and your lungs feel clearer.
They are good but you should only use them for a few months until you are off the fags completely in my humble opinion.
I will not be reading any newspapers today, its my day off!

e-cigs took me away from the dreaded cigarettes.
So they worked for me.

I think that the possibility of getting "popcorn lung" of the e-cigs has put me off

Those e-cigs can be useful to help quit cigarettes.
I wouldn't make the e-cigs habit forming though :naughty:
