Meteor hits Scotland

Indeed, this category includes discussions that are out of this world. The universe is never ending so they say, and there are so many things out there to talk about. Obviously, new discoveries in outer space are coming thick and fast.

Meteor hits Scotland

Meteor hits Scotland

Many people called the police in Aberdeenshire in Scotland when they say a fireball in the sky which alarmed them.
It has been suspected that it was a meteor about the size of a tennis ball.
I have posted the video from a dashcam that recorded some of the incident.

And more to the point...................

Something the size of a tennis ball can make a noise that could be heard in County Durham all the way from Aberdeenshire :o
Imagine if it was a one the size of say a football pitch :o
I will not be reading any newspapers today, its my day off!

There are many thousands of occurrences of these.
They are not too important and are don't pose too much of a problem.
David Bowie has died - what more can I say
