Woolly mammoth to be brought back to life

Apparently, scientists are `two years away from creating hybrid embryo´.
What does this mean exactly?
Well, they plan to mess about with the DNA in a way that they can bring back these animals back to life.
The closest relative to the Mammoth is the Asian Elephant but not the African variety.
This is spooky stuff, what would they do with a mammoth if they do bring one back?
Possibly put it in a zoo and make money on it I suspect.

No need to resurrect any ancient animals - there are many dinosaurs in the House of Lords.

Clever stuff but I don't think bringing back a Woolly Mammoth will bring benefits.
